Welcome to the simulation. A wonderfully drinkable Belgian, DaisyWorld is our very first beer crafted! The eponymous computer simulation is a simplistic way to model a world and capture a complexity, while always maintaining balance, and truly the perfect metaphor for this brew. Rather than a world of light and dark daisies, however, we see a world in balance with every color and size under the sun.
