The eponymous computer simulation is a simplistic way to model a world and capture a complexity, while always maintaining balance, and truly the perfect metaphor for this brew. Rather than a world of light and dark daisies, however, we see a world in balance with every color and size under the sun.

Coosane is the name of the ancestral Gleeson farm in southwest Ireland, nestled in the rolling green mountains of a small village by the name of Glenflesk. Translating to “hounds’ path,” Coosane is the Irish word for the footpath worn over centuries in the fields and mountains by the resident sheepdog, be his name Rover or Shep. This one is the result of years of crafting and it is our hope is that you and your innermost circle will create your own path to a place where you can enjoy this wildly hoppy New England IPA and unravel the next expertly-spun tale.

This cistrusplosion comes to you courtesy of Citra & Mandarina Bavaria hops! The "O" in Mando represents the orange flavor bomb in this hop-tastic creation. Man, do we love it.

This Italian pilsner is a baseball beer honoring barrier breaker Roy “Campy” Campanella (#39). When Campy played for the Nashua Dodgers he made it the first professional baseball team of the 20th century to field a racially integrated lineup in the US!

Annicorn’s namesake was a powerhouse of tart wit, industrious work ethic, and everyday miracle-making. Ann could bend rainbows to her will and brightened each and every day. Our third sour in the Annicorn series celebrates not only the classic New England flavor of blueberry, but blue berries. Fresh and tart, we threw in some European boysenberries to dial up the berry flavor (imagine if a raspberry and a blackberry had a delicious berry baby).

A huge New England DIPA and our haziest, this one is loaded with four hops designed for balance and decadence. Built upon a foundation of just-picked Australian Galaxy hops, it's ridiculously dry-hopped to honor the stories and tales for floors, decks, and mezzanines. We raise a salute to New Hampshirite and tradesperson Colonel Phineas Bixby. During the Civil War, he was wounded and taken prisoner at the Second Battle of Bull Run, Virginia on August 29, 1862. This Session NEIPA is crafted with Veterans Blend hops and delivers tea, minty lime, oak bourbon barrels, vanilla cream, citrus & tropical fruits, and a solid team of other flavors. Quite like the Colonel, there is tons of character. A portion of our YCH hop purchase was donated to K9s for Warriors.
